Ethics

The Company’s Code of Ethics outlines the principles that form the basis of behavior for Globals Cert as a company and all members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and all employees as Globals Cert people in carrying out their respective duties, responsibilities and authorities.

Determination and enforcement of documents as contained in the Appendix to this Directors Decree, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Corporate Code of Conduct/Code of Conduct of Globals Cert’, abbreviated as the Globals Cert Code of Conduct, as the main reference for implementing the Company’s Code of Conduct at Globals Cert.

The objectives of developing this Company Code of Ethics are:

  1. Develop good behavior in accordance with high ethical standards for the corporation, commissioners, directors and all employees; And
  2. Develop good relations with external parties based on GCG principles and the spirit of this Company Code of Ethics.

Furthermore, by implementing the Company’s Code of Ethics Globals Cert is make sure to get benefits in the long term, namely in the form of:

Globals Cert is determined to always uphold the values ​​written in the Company’s Code of Ethics and the Integrity Pact. In its implementation, the company also invites the participation of the entire community and the business world to participate in monitoring the implementation of the Company’s Code of Ethics and the Integrity Pact.

Integrity Pact

Globals Cert also strives to create a clean, transparent and professional business world for a national Certification Body.

Currently the Board of Commissioners, Directors and employees of Globals Cert have signed an Integrity Pact against the Company’s Code of Ethics.

The Board of Commissioners, Directors and Employees Integrity Pact Charter contains:

  1. Utilizing all the potential that I have to participate in accelerating the realization of the implementation of a Clean Transparent Professional Corporate Governance in order to participate in improving the future of the nation’s life.
  2. Carry out the Globals Cert Integrity Pact in earnest which includes Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics and sound business principles as well as applying a proportional reward and punishment system.
  3. Upholding the Basic Principles of Corporate Integrity, namely acting honestly, being trustworthy, responsible, disciplined, avoiding conflicts of interest, and not tolerating bribes.
  4. Has fully understood and understood the Company’s Code of Ethics and is willing to implement it wholeheartedly.
  5. As a form of commitment to uphold integrity and the Globals Cert Code of Ethics, I am willing to accept sanctions and be willing to be processed according to applicable law if I am proven to have committed dishonest acts, conflicts of interest, stealing, corruption, receiving bribes and gratuities.
  6. Inviting business actors who are directly or indirectly related to Globals Cert, to sign an Integrity Pact in order to build islands of Integrity among the business world.
